Mental Models

Here are some links to information about mental models, which are the ways in which we form understandings of things in our lives. Sometimes they are inaccurate, which can be funny. From a design standpoint, understanding the importance of mental models in the way that people approach interactions can be very helpful in avoiding confusing and making things easier to use.
